Part 3 -- Classroom-ready activities about El Nino, La Nina, and Climate Change

The American Meteorological Society's Education Program has created an effective teacher-and student-training module that utilizes the "El Nino La Nina Slide Card." [See http://64.55.87.13/amsedu/AERA/ed_mats.html.]
For copyright reasons, this cannot be presented in an online version. However, PROJECT ATMOSPHERE CANADA does have an electronic version available at http://www.smc-msc.ec.gc.ca/education/teachers_guides/toc_e.html
There are many other El Nino-La Nina Internet sites. One of the most interesting has been created by the Jet Propulsion Laboratory of California Institute of Technology, a partner of NASA. They provide a variety of educational materials including "Visit to an Ocean Planet" CD
